Two decorative cartouches. 19 x 15 inches, 490 x 395 mm. Uncoloured. Dutch text on verso. Tear near centre of map repaired on verso. Straight from the atlas and not sold as a single map before.

AN ACCURATE MAP OF FRANCE
An engraved map of the whole country with an oval title panel. It clearly shows the arrangement of the provinces with just a few place names in each. 11 x 7 1/2 inches. Imprint of the published J. Fielding No 23 Paternoster Row with date that has been partly erased but looks like 1783. Light water stain on the right hand side of the map otherwise good condition.

A fine map of part of the north east of France showing parts of the Rivers Meuse and Moselle. The town of Luxembourg is shown at the top of the map with part of the Moselle River with the towns of Metz and Nancy. To the west part of the River Meuse with the towns of Stenay, Verdun, Saint-Mihiel, Void-Vacon, Toul, Vaucouleurs, Neufchateau. Two decorative cartouches display the title and dedication to Cardinal Bonuisi. The title cartouche is dated 1690. 16 3/4 x 22 1/2 inches. Centre fold as published. Fine attractive hand colouring. Good clean undamaged condition. Straight from the atlas and never sold as a single map previously.

The piece of coastline shows Bayonne and Biarritz. 25 3/4 x 19 inches. Early outline hand colouring. Original centre fold. Heavy paper. Fine clean undamaged condition.

Reference to book above the map Liv. III IV X XIII &c. 12 1/2 x 8 1/4 inches. Uncoloured. Nice clean condition with good sized blank margins. I have seen a similar specimen of this map with a plain square title panel so am guessing that this is an earlier edition.

A large map of the whole of France engraved by W. Palmer. The uncoloured pictorial title cartouche with the figures is dated 1790. Original outline and wash hand colouring. Original centre fold. 24 x 20 1/2 inches. Small tear in the bottom blank margin to the left of the centre fold otherwise the map is in nice clean condition. This map has been taken from the atlas and therefore not previously been sold as a single map.

Beneath the tile the publishers imprint is dated 1792. 24 x 20 1/2 inches. Original outline and wash hand colouring. Light vertical crease to the left of the original centre fold. Small tear in the bottom blank margin near to the centrefold. Otherwsie nice clean condition. Good heavy paper. Taken from the atlas and therefore not previously sold as a single map.
