Aristide-Michel Perrot was a French geographer who produced a delightful series of county maps of England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland each set within a unique pictorial cartouche. The maps usually have original outline hand colouring. Some maps show more than one county. The maps appeared in L'Angleterre ou Description Historique et Topographique published by Georges-Bernard Depping (1784 - 1853) in 1824. There were further editions in 1828 and 1835.

I have been buying and selling antique maps since the early 1960's during which time I had a gallery in Watergate Street, Chester for 30 years. I am now able to offer through my websites a personal service to map and print collectors.
