FRANCESCO VALEGIO
Francesco Valeso or Valegio was an engraver and publisher working in Venice. Working with Martino Tota they produced a work in 1595 Raccolta di le lui illustri et famose città di tutto il mondo. It contains some 255 plates being miniature bird's eye views of cities throughout the world based on the plates in Civitates Orbis Terrarum by George Brain and Franz Hogenberg. There are seven plates of English cities
