California is shown as an island Decorative rococo title cartouche. 18 1/2 x 14 3/4 inches. Uncoloured. Original centre fold. Just a few small foxing spots otherwise good clean undamaged condition.

A NEW MAP OF NORTH AMERICA. The First Edition of this map engraved by Thomas Conder. The imprint of the published Robert Wilkinson appears beneath the map dated 1794. West coast is named New Albion. 10 x 8 inches. Original outline and wash hand colouring. Good stout paper. Manuscript number 45 in blank margin. Good clean condition with no repairs. A nice specimen.
