The name of the house appears beneath with the name of the owner. Beneath this appears the inscription "For the Epitome of the Hist of Kent 1838". The name of the lithographer R. Martin also appears beneath the print with his address 26 Long Acre.
A little very light soiling sometimes in the top blank margin but otherwise nice clean specimens with no damage or repairs
