It extends from Deventer and Zutphen in the north to Emmerich and Rees in the south. A decorative cartouche displays the title and blank scales, with coat of arms. Four small coats of arms. 20 x 15 inches, 520 x 385 mm. Original hand colouring. Good condition. |
